I get the juggle, the stress and the constant pressure of owning your own business. But hiring employees, and making the move from sole trader to a company made me realise a few things: doing everything myself was actually costing me money.
And not just money...quality of life, mental space, and a lot of anxiety.
So I started focusing on my ‘zone of genius’ (the numbers), and outsourced the things that weren’t as profitable (design, copywriting, house cleaner).
And that’s when my business started to grow.
